Full Changelog(s):

• Added compatibility support for XenForo 2.3+.
• Fixed incorrect method calls (`fetchone()` to `fetchOne()`) which would prevent retrieving existing wishlists.
• Added `getUserWishlistResources()` to the repository to allow fetching all resources a user has wishlisted via the Member controller.
• Corrected usage of the `parent` keyword in extended entities to ensure proper invocation of base class methods.
• Added privacy and permission checks to the wishlist pages so visitors cannot bypass user-defined privacy settings.
• Updated `isWishlisted()` to return a boolean instead of the raw entity.
